- Just as I am not a doctor, I am NOT a licensed therapist. I am not responsible for anything outside of my services. You are paying me for a psychic reading, and that’s all I’m giving you. If what I say resonates with you, it’s on YOU to apply that knowledge.

- I reserve the right to turn down a reading and give you a refund.

- Refunds are offered, just don’t be a dick. (No refunds after services are complete.)

- Refunds will NOT be given if you cancel the same day as your live reading or if you don’t show up. You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

- Regarding refunds for pre-recorded readings: as long as you have not received it yet, you are eligible for a refund up to 48 hours after ordering.

- A full refund OR reschedule will be offered if I have to cancel a live reading.

- Please allow up to 72 hours for access to pre-recorded video readings to be sent to your provided email.

- All pre-recorded readings will be uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video (only people with the link can view it), with the link being sent to the email you provide.

- FOR ALL LIVE AND PRE-RECORDED READINGS: you must provide a valid email address (phone number not required) for access to your purchased reading. NO email blasts or mass texts will be sent (though, I do have a subscribers only e-mailing list, it is only if you sign up on the homepage of this website. This here, is not that, and will NOT subscribe you to anything).

- For payments (Cash App or Venmo), in the comment, put your name or email so I can match the payment to the reading.
